Instructor-led training (ILT) gave great results, but it was expensive and capped at a 20:1 learner-to-instructor ratio. On the flip side, self-paced modules were easy to implement but suffered from 3–6% completion rates.

A virtual, cohort-based approach that achieves a 94% completion rate and an 82% CSAT score.
